By confirming your appointment with Harmony Life and Wellbeing Coaching via phone or email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Payments for appointments must be made within 48 hours of booking to secure your slot. Once payment has been received, refunds cannot be provided. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will also not be eligible for refunds.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSION CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. All conversations and information shared during our coaching sessions remain strictly confidential. However, if there is a disclosure indicating a risk of harm to you or others, please note I am obligated to contact relevant authorities to ensure safety.

To help us both make the most of our time together, please complete the pre-appointment questionnaire ahead of your session. This information enables us to focus effectively on your specific needs and goals.

As such, I do not offer refunds or guarantees regarding specific results from coaching sessions.
